Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Appoint New Senior Aides in Major Overhaul
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are making bold moves behind the scenes, appointing top-tier talent to strengthen their growing empire in the United States.
Meghan Markle has brought in Sarah Fosmo, a seasoned executive who previously worked in Bill Gates’ private office, as her first official chief of staff. With over six years at Gates Ventures and seven years assisting motivational speaker Tony Robbins, Fosmo brings heavyweight experience to the Duchess’s expanding portfolio.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry has promoted long-time team member Lianne Cashin to the role of senior consultant. Cashin started at Archewell Productions shortly after its founding and worked her way up from executive assistant to head of operations. She’s also known for her previous role supporting Olympic snowboarder Shaun White.
Sources close to the Sussexes praised the duo, calling them “exceptional leaders” who align with the couple’s vision and drive. “Sarah and Lianne exemplify the strength and direction that continue to push Harry and Meghan forward,” one insider shared.
These strategic hires come as Meghan promotes several new ventures, including her Netflix series “With Love, Meghan”, the As Ever lifestyle brand, and a new podcast titled “Confessions of a Female Founder.”
While the couple has faced scrutiny over their reported staff turnover, this latest shakeup suggests a more stable and professional foundation is being laid for their future projects. The appointments aim to bring deep operational insight and strategic leadership to support their evolving roles in media, business, and philanthropy.
