Hollywood actress Amber Heard shared exciting personal news this Mother’s Day—she has welcomed twins, a daughter named Agnes and a son named Ocean. The actress took to Instagram on Sunday to introduce the newest additions to her family with an emotional message and a tender photo of the twins’ tiny feet.
“This year I am elated beyond words to celebrate the completion of the family I’ve strived to build for years,” Amber wrote. “Today I officially share the news that I welcomed twins into the Heard gang.”
A Journey of Solo Motherhood
Heard reflected on her path to motherhood, describing it as a journey she chose “responsibly and thoughtfully.” She first became a mother in April 2021, when her daughter Oonagh Paige was born via surrogacy.
“When I had my first baby girl Oonagh four years ago, my world changed forever. I thought I couldn’t possibly burst with more joy,” she shared. “Well, now I am bursting times three!”
Amber emphasized the significance of choosing motherhood on her own terms, especially after facing fertility challenges. Her post offered support to other mothers as well:
“To all the moms, wherever you are today and however you got here, my dream family and I are celebrating with you.”

The name Agnes is reportedly a tribute to Heard’s late mother, making the announcement even more meaningful. Although the identity of the twins’ father has not been revealed, the actress made it clear her choice was independent and intentional.
