FangoNeTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following procedure for copyright holders to report alleged infringements.
đ 1. Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on FangoNeTV without your permission, please send us a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

- A clear identification of the copyrighted work allegedly being infringed
- The exact URL or description of where the infringing material is located on our site

- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may send us a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
đŤ 3. Repeat Infringer Policy
FangoNeTV has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright violations. Accounts or contributors who repeatedly post infringing content will be banned or blocked without notice.
â ď¸ 4. Misuse of DMCA
Filing a false or malicious DMCA notice is a violation of the law. We take legal abuse seriously and reserve the right to pursue action against anyone misusing this process.
